With over 20 years of experience, Chef Octavio—also known as Chef O—is the creative force behind Taste Sensesation, offering guests a blend of Mediterranean finesse and Caribbean authenticity. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management with culinary training from London and The Hague, and has spent years perfecting his craft across cultures.
