TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VILLA GRANDI
Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions of Villa Grandi. On this page you will find all important information about reservations, payments, cancellation policies and more. This way you know exactly what to expect when you book with us.
The rates for the stay are exclusive of 7% Curacao sales tax, service charges and electricity consumption. All amounts are stated in euros (€).
When booking you pay a deposit:
€250 for Villa Awa and Villa Blenchi
€500 for the City Villa
€1,100 for the entire resort
The costs for electricity are calculated afterwards and settled with the deposit.
A minimum stay of five days applies to all bookings. During certain periods, a shorter minimum of three days applies at Villa Awa and Blenchi.
When booking you pay 50% of the total amount (including deposit). The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 35 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation:
Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount
From 30 days before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Early check-in is available on request. You can also check in independently via the code at the gate and the key box.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible upon request.
The deposit serves as security for any potential damages or additional costs, such as electricity usage. After your stay, electricity usage is deducted from the deposit. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded within seven days.
For stays longer than ten nights, we refresh the villa, bedding, and towels every six nights.
Cleaning costs per booking:
Villa Awa/Blenchi: €150
City Villa: €250
Entire Resort: €550
Includes 6% Curaçao Sales Tax.
Pool use is permitted between 8:00 AM and sunset.
Always shower before entering the pool.
No glass or sharp objects near the pool.
No music allowed at the pool area.
Children may only swim under adult supervision.
Water is scarce on Curaçao. We kindly ask you to use it consciously. Excessive usage may result in additional charges.
Due to the tropical climate, good hygiene is important. This helps prevent pests and nuisance. If pest control is required due to negligence, we will charge those costs to you.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere; Villa Grandi is completely smoke-free.
Pets are not allowed.
Villa Grandi is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their travel companions.
Villa Grandi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters), we always aim to find a suitable solution. Refunds or compensation are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
